Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in price. Decent sized room and bathroom,which were clean. Minibar in the room. Great air conditioning. Excellent location for events at the Sferisterio arena.

excellent helpful staff with a terrifically stocked breakfast that featured lots of choice. Excellent location in the heart of town. Even went the extra mile and drove me to my bus connection early on a Sunday morning

Super comfy bed, maybe the best in my entire traveling history! :) If you're visiting a performance in Arena Sferisterio, Arcadia is hillariously close so you get there in a blink of an eye. The receptionist is kind and helpful. :)

Very friendly and helpful manager that gave us excellent directions to arrive at the hotel in the heart of the old walled city. Perfect location with parking onsite for 8 per day. Breakfast included and excellent selection for Gluten free ( Coeliac) that was great for me. Very comfortable room with all that we needed. The whole old city was all within a short beautiful walk. What an incredible place to visit!!
